    Dr Phillips Newest Community Coming Soon!

    Kerina at Parkside coming January 2013 will be Dr Phillips Newest community.  Builder Meritage Homes has started clearing the land located off of Apopka Vineland and Buena Vista Woods in the heart of Dr Phillps.  A planned Development Kerina Parkside will feature 315 single family homes in three phases with the first phase of 107 homes. Features will include Tile Roofs with a Mediterranean style flare and floor plans from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet of living space.



    Meritage homes will be building new homes in a development named Kerina at Parkside. Kerina at Parkside is will have model homes up for viewing by late mid to late February. With move-in ready homes ready just 5 months after that.
    Kerina at Parkside’s home prices will range between 3,000sq ft – 4,500sq ft and will begin pricing in the mid $350s.

    There will be three phases with approximately300 homes. Phase one will consist of 160 home sites. The homes will have a Spanish/ Mediteranean flair with tile shingle roofs. Kerina at Parkside will have a luxury clubhouse with workout facilities, a family friendly common area, and a community pool.
